Within this all-round position, your activities are comprehensive. You process orders in the ERP system, when orders have been produced you take care of the actual costing, you are the point of contact for purchasing materials, parts and work to be outsourced and you answer the telephone to speak to customers and suppliers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers experience added value.

Junior laser operator

As a junior laser operator you work independently or within a team to achieve the desired results through… a computer-controlled CNC laser machine. As a junior laser operator you are part of our laser department, and work under the guidance of the foreman and closely with our work preparation.

Machine worker/welder

As a fitter – welder you have extensive experience in assembling and welding thin stainless steel sheet metal. But the lighter construction work in both stainless steel and steel also appeals to you. The work can consist of a few pieces to smaller series where you must be able to work well from drawings. Experience with Tig welding is necessary.

Camer/welder

In our sheet metal department you are responsible for working with, setting, operating and maintaining our Safan and Amada press brakes. Sheet metal parts are produced on the press brakes based on drawings provided by customers or made by us ourselves. These are delivered directly to customers or processed into end products within A&S. Experience in this position is a requirement.

Work planner/draughtsman

Within this all-round position, your activities are comprehensive. The work mainly consists of helping out in the factory with common tasks. Drilling, tapping, countersinking, helping with our folders or operating the timesaver machine independently.

You also have some experience with making quotations and processing orders, subsequent costing, purchasing and making working drawings in Solid Works, preferably gained within a technical company. You are accurate, work independently and have a proactive working attitude.

Financial Administration Manager (head of accounting)

 (32-40 HOURS, HENGELO)

We are looking for a versatile “Head of Administration” who will be responsible for the finance of Assink & Schipholt BV and some other BVs.

As the head of administration, you are an important link between finance and organizations. You advise and analyze from a broad perspective, in a dynamic environment.

Within your role you always think one step ahead. You analyze, initiate and always know where to find points for (financial) improvement and optimization within various themes such as waste management, cost reduction, production planning, pricing, distribution structures or initiating automation solutions. In addition, you ensure proactive communication towards all BVs. You contribute to the goals of various departments and are therefore of great importance for the success of the entire organization.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO.

As head of administration you have tasks such as:

Financial planning and analysis: This involves analyzing financial data to identify trends and manage costs.

Accounting: Oversee all aspects of accounting, including preparing financial statements, tracking income and expenses, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to management, thinking about automating and standardizing this in the software.

Financial Strategy: Develop financial strategies. Implement to drive organizational growth and profitability. This includes evaluating investment opportunities and optimizing capital structure.

You will also:

· Ensure cost savings

· Ensure efficient tax/insurance organization

· Select/apply for subsidies

· This for every BV and personally

· Contract management with suppliers and staff

· Present periodic figures and improvement plans

· Automate

· Take over accountant duties

  • Implementation of policy and strategy;
  • Identify financial risks and address them in a timely manner;
  • Analyze the results achieved and implement changes based on them;
  • Financial reporting and presentation to relevant stakeholders;
  • Finance 2 FTE (direct), Operation 5 FTE and HR 3 FTE (indirect);
  • Optimize company costs without losing productivity.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU.

This is a position of 32-40 hours per week. The salary depends on your relevant work experience and is in line with the market. The location of this position is Hengelo and recently also in a new and much larger building.
