Alongside our own sheet metal and structural work, we also supply turned and milled parts. The machining itself is made by a regular partner; we handle the engineering, the coordination and the delivery. That way you order a complete product from one address.
About this operation
Machining covers milling, turning, drilling and boring to produce accurate metal parts. We have this work carried out on CNC-controlled machines by a regular partner — for repeatable quality and high accuracy.
Workable in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and cast aluminium — from prototype to series, combined with our own sheet metal and structural work for complete products from a single source.
In practice this concerns shafts, bushings, flanges and fasteners that have to form a single product together with sheet metal work or a welded construction. That combination is precisely the reason to route the machining through us: you have one point of contact and one delivery instead of separate parts you have to bring together yourself.
We handle the work preparation, the coordination with the partner and the incoming inspection, and then build the machined parts into our own sheet metal work and welded constructions. For machine building that means a fully assembled sub-assembly rather than a box of components.
What we need for a request: a drawing or 3D model with the dimensions, the material, the required tolerances and surface requirements, the quantity, and whether the part forms part of a larger assembly. That last point often determines the order in which we schedule the work.
Our workshop is in Hengelo, in the Twente region, and we work for machine builders and industrial companies throughout the Netherlands. For machined work that belongs to an assembly, that keeps the lines short: the part arrives with us, is inspected and leaves as part of the finished product.

Do you carry out the machining yourselves?
No. Turning, milling, drilling and boring are carried out by a fixed partner with CNC-controlled machines. We handle the work preparation, the coordination, the incoming inspection and the assembly with our own sheet metal and construction work.
Which materials can be machined?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and cast aluminium, from prototype to series. Which operation and which material make most sense depends on the function of the part and on the subsequent operations in our own workshop.
Can you combine machined parts with sheet metal work?
Yes, and that is precisely the reason to route it through us. The turned or milled parts are built into a welded construction or a sheet metal assembly at our workshop, so that you receive one complete product instead of separate components.
